Powertrain
Lift trucks must be tough enough to last for hours of use in many extreme settings. While being ergonomic for operators, these equipment need to be able to move loads efficiently and fast. The reliable, rugged Yale powertrain offers excellent durability through its computer managed engine and transmission, extremely strong gears and shafts and state of the art clutch pack. The transmission, engine, drive axle and steer axle are all isolated so as to reduce vibration and noise inside the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The lift truck's electrical system is responsible for linking the major nerve centers of the truck together. Thus, the electrical system within the lift truck must be dependable and durable for the most demanding cold/hot and wet/dry operations. There is much sophistication needed to be able to control truck functionality.
Delivering reliable electronics are a well-known hallmark of all Yale trucks. The Yale CANbus electrical system uses digital technology and lessens electrical connections and reduces wiring as well. This results in awesome serviceability and improved dependability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the "muscles" of the forklift. They give the necessary force needed to raise heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Some of these parts consist of: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically positioned in order to prolong part life by lessening exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift could withstand the most extreme working situations coming out on top with their great dependability. These equipment have been built in such a precise way that attention to detail has been taken into account in order to keep the operator as comfortable as they can be.
